Health Procedures

At Top of the Marq, we have always kept food safety and the health of our guests and staff members our top priority.  In addition to complying with a broad list of food safety and sanitation protocols that have been in place for a long time, we will also offer enhanced safety measures.  These measures include, but are not limited to, the following:

All indoor and outdoor seating options will comply with the appropriate social distancing guidelines.

Our servers will put more distance between themselves and our guests when taking orders and accommodating requests.

We will designate one employee per shift to solely focus on sanitizing high-touch areas including door handles and push plates in restrooms.

Hand sanitizer will be made available to guests and staff throughout the restaurant.

Tables, chairs, stools and booths will be sanitized after every use.

Check presenters and pens will be sanitized after every use.

Wrapped disposable straws will be provided to guests.

Only one group will be allowed to use the elevator at a time.

Elevator buttons will be sanitized frequently.

Single-use menus will be shared with guests.

We will also follow all county and state regulations to maintain the health of our guests and staff.  Their recommendations and expectations can often change on short notice, so we are standing alert for any updates they share.
